Day 2

Quick recap of Day 2:

Breakfast – Raisin toast/cottage cheese with pineapple, coffee

Lunch – Leftover chicken and sausage with leftover rice and sesame dressing, carrot sticks

Snacks – Chocolate 🙂

Dinner – “Homemade” Chicken noodle soup aka pasta and some cut up carrots boiled in chicken broth…fast and comforting

So far we are doing a good job of using what is already in our fridge. We did do a light shopping last night, but we plan to keep coming up with meals from items already in the fridge. Thinking egg sandwiches for dinner tonight 🙂
