It’s finally Friday!! Life got in the way yesterday, so I’m a little late on my recaps! Wednesday and Thursday were fairly uneventful; I plan to have much more interesting posts coming up 🙂 Breakfasts and lunches were basically the same both days, dinners were different.
Breakfast – WW egg sandwich, cereal, coffee (Cool Brew, which we always have in New Orleans! We ordered some to have especially for this challenge.)
Lunch – PB & J, Ham and cheese, carrots
Snacks – Sugar free pudding
Dinner – Wed: Egg sandwiches and some leftover piergoies. Thurs: Our friends made us dinner! Spaghetti and meatballs and a yummy brussels sprouts salad…plus a pumpkin beer or two 🙂
Today is more of the same, but I have some fun plans for dinner tonight and some new recipes to try this weekend. I’ll be back a little later with a post devoted to that!
